Liam graduated from Sarah Lawrence college in 2012, and from the Iowa Writers’ Workshop, where he was an Iowa Arts Fellow, in 2016. He has taught writing and literature to undergraduates at the University of Iowa and Kirkwood Community College, as well as volunteering with high school students through the Iowa Youth Writing Project. He was one of the founding editors of Vetch: A Magazine of Trans Poetry & Poetics. Currently, he lives in New York City, where he works as a schoolteacher. His poetry, fiction, and essays can be found in various print and online venues.
